Grecian Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Pork is one of the most common meats that are used at a barbeque. In fact, some legends say that the name of the procedure was set up when some French travelers saw a whole pig being cooked - from head to toe. Here is a sumptuous recipe Grecian Pork Tenderloin.

Ingredients:
You would need one pound of pork tenderloin, which would be about two pieces. Along with that, salt to taste, about two teaspoons, six tablespoons of dried oregano and some fresh lime juice and olive oil.

How to Prepare:
First off, take all the spices, the lime juices, the olive oil, the salt and the garlic and put it in a plastic bag and shake it well. Once the ingredients are well mixed, taste the marinade and check if it is good enough for the tartness required. Basically, the mixture should be tart enough, and the unmistakable flavor of garlic and salt should be evident. Put the tenderloin in the bag and turn to coat. You should marinate this for a couple of hours. For best results, marinate for five.

Preparation:
Once the marinating process is done, pre-heat the grill on medium heat. Oil the grill rack and then discard the marinade. You should grill the tenderloin for about thirty minutes and then turn once. Of course, several people have several likes and dislikes when it comes to how well your grill cooks, so take your time and check what kind you would like!
